We can use whichever format you like, but if you don't have an idea, then we can do this:
Skill, Drill and Thrill
15 minutes of learning a Skill
30 minutes of doing point play Drills
45 minutes of match play Thrills, while I coach you along (w/o disrupting the flow of play)

$30 each until we get to 8 players, then it's $25 each. (rebates apply)
