Part of the reason for not blogging much over the last 10 days centered around being busy with travel. I wasn't stationary much, didn't sleep much, wasn't alone much. Then upon return, I was having a bit of fatigue. Traveling messed up my sleep, but I didn't take it lying down (sorry that's confusing). This post is purposely short, because I want to show the data of my ramping up my sleep. I do believe there is a connection to the magnesium threonate.
